My Approach &
Methodology
I believe that growth and change are always possible as long as there is curiosity, open communication, and a willingness to push our boundaries. It is just beyond those self-imposed boundaries that we have the greatest potential for transformation.
Learning to coach has been transforming for me. I no longer see an individual as someone with a problem to fix or "remediate." The beauty of coaching is that we come together as whole, complete, and capable people. There is nothing broken, nothing to be removed or corrected. We work toward understanding ourselves, learning how our brand of ADHD shows up in our daily lives, and focusing on how we can use our strengths to get where and what we want in life.
What to expect once you decide to work with me:
-
Following your complementary consult, we will schedule an intake call to discuss goals for coaching, get paperwork out of the way, review our contract, and clarify payment. The length of this call will be 60 - 90 minutes.
-
After our contract is signed and the initial fee is paid, regular coaching sessions will be scheduled. Typical coaching sessions are 60 minutes, unless otherwise agreed upon by coach and client.
-
There is no minimum number of coaching sessions required; however, a typical coaching relationship may last between three and six months, depending on the client's desired outcomes.
