One on One
Coaching
Personalized coaching for individuals seeking to explore more about how their ADHD shows up in their lives and how to use their strengths to achieve what they desire.
How it Works:

We will meet together virtually two to four times per month based on a mutually agreed upon schedule. Sessions are 60 minutes each.

Sessions are semi-structured; however, you drive the focus of every session.

We work together to ensure you have something tangible and actionable at the end of each session and that you see the value of your coaching experience.

Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) principles are woven into coaching sessions (kind of like getting two for one services).
