Coaching

Coaching for all types of partners: business owners, band members, creative collaborators, romantic couples, friends, family, etc. navigating the challenges of ADHD in their interpersonal lives. 

How it Works:

  • ​We will meet together virtually two to four times per month based on a mutually agreed upon schedule. Sessions are 90 minutes each. 

  • Sessions are semi-structured; however, you and your partner drive the focus of every session. 

  • We work together to ensure each of you have something tangible and actionable at the end of each session and that you see the value of your coaching experience. 

  • Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) principles are woven into coaching sessions (kind of like getting two for one services).
