Coaching
Coaching for all types of partners: business owners, band members, creative collaborators, romantic couples, friends, family, etc. navigating the challenges of ADHD in their interpersonal lives.
How it Works:

We will meet together virtually two to four times per month based on a mutually agreed upon schedule. Sessions are 90 minutes each.

Sessions are semi-structured; however, you and your partner drive the focus of every session.

We work together to ensure each of you have something tangible and actionable at the end of each session and that you see the value of your coaching experience.

Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) principles are woven into coaching sessions (kind of like getting two for one services).
