ADHD Coach. Behavior Analyst. ACT Practitioner.
Heather Callison

As an ADHD Coach, I partner with creative professionals (with or without formal diagnosis) who desire meaningful and lasting change in their lives; whether that means creating more, slowing down and doing less, or setting specific intentions for themselves. Together we will explore how ADHD shows up in your life and how you can lean on your strengths to live the life you want.
Beyond my expertise in the science of human behavior, and ADHD, I am also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and bring that skill set to my coaching partnerships. Working with me is like getting a coach/thought partner, ADHD expert, and ACT practitioner in one!

Approach & Methodology
I believe that growth and change are always possible as long as there is curiosity, open communication, and a willingness to push our boundaries. It is just beyond those self-imposed boundaries that we have the greatest potential for transformation.
Meet Heather Callison
For most of my life, I wrestled with challenges I couldn't fully name - a mind that raced ahead, overwhelming sensitivities, a heart overflowing with creativity, and a sense that I was always just a little bit out of step.
